The website for uploading documents during the loan process was not helpful in keeping track of what was already uploaded or not. The alternative is sending documents via email, which is still quite scrambled. The process, while naturally stressful, seemed to feel very chaotic and hard to keep track of how close we were to submitting everything.

The problem isn't with Jennifer per se, but we kept getting email after email asking for different documents and information. It would be better if we were sent one email with all of the requirements instead of several with some here and there.

Had to get power of attorney for spouse who was not in the country because her signatures were mandatory and it was not initiated on time. Spouse had to go through trouble getting it in the given time frame. The lender asked to get the purchase contract updated to add spouse on it very late. The closing got delayed by a couple of days and the builder charged money for that. The lender refused to give credit for the charged fees even though they were responsible for the delay.
