Naomi started out ok With communication and close to the end of the mortgage process it went down hill Every time I called her they said she was in a meeting and she will return my call, she never did. Only communicate by email only.

He had poor communication with us. He's schedule would be hard to work with. Makes excuses for every little thing. Also made us redo paperwork in multiple occasions for him and his teams fault.

In the beginning Nolan was great, but once Jordyn started working on my file I didn’t get much communication from him even when messaging him to ask for updates. I shared information with Nolan about details on my file in regards to something on my credit and he did not share this information any further. This same item then became an issue and caused a delay in closing. Had this information been shared and taken into consideration originally we would have avoided the delay.

team, it's been a long and hard fought battle to get this house, we have finally closed! You haven't seen me post in this email threat because my wife has done 99% of the work on our end. I'd like to express my thoughts on this team. Eric and Erica have been tremendous in this process as for Jordyn and Junior you have ruined a housing buying experience for this family. I pray that when you buy your next house you are met with a professional that is competent in your field. You're not qualified to assist anyone while being a house. Multiple delays extending overall cycle time to close. Communication wasn’t good. New American was very understaffed. I felt like I had to drive the process. Credits were removed without communicating. Multiple, fragmented requests for documentation instead of asking for everything at once. Overall, an unpleasant experience that caused a good deal of stress.

There was virtually no communication and then when there was it wasn’t right and even after closing on the house I’m still having to sign additional paperwork to get the loan done it ridiculous.
