Loan processor, Latoiya was awful at maintaining communication and blamed delays on the title company before title was even involved. I would happily work with Sean again. Latoiya was very difficult to deal with.

It wasn't Fallon. Her support team were not good communicators. Sending you an email telling you it is urgent that you go to the portal and sign documents is not very effective way of communicating. Especially, when its documents I previously signed but because someone made errors on the first document. That information needs to be communicated upfront. Not when I question WHY I am signing the same documents over with different amounts!

Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable but there were days where I had no idea where we at in the process. In fact, I did not show up for the closing on time because I could not confirm it was on. In the end, everything got done and we finished the process.
