Very demanding action items, some where things needed to be done immediately. Maybe this is the same with all loan processes but while overall good result, hated the process. Also was told something key, it changed, and we were not told.

There were some major hiccups toward the end of our loan closing process on New American Funding’s behalf that delayed our closing date and caused a lot of stress. It ultimately was resolved after a LOT of going back and forth.

If items needed could be requested at once and not so much back and forth with things needed. It takes too long for the final approval process which I know a lot lies with underwriting and the requests.
