Seemed to process very slowly and with alot of miscommunications and repeated requests for add'l paperwork. I know some of this is normal process, but it seemed a bit excess to me. In addition, we at one point received an email stating that all everything was set and we were good to close, only to get a phone call 30 minutes later saying we're NOT all set and more paperwork was needed and in a very rushed way. There seemed to be a great deal of confusion on their side of the process.

Communication was poor. We had closing all scheduled for 9am on a Tuesday and the day before are being told they need something different from the insurance company. They tried to blame it on the insurance company, but they had received the information they requested from the insurance company three weeks prior and just never reviewed it to ensure everything was as they wanted it. Have multiple communications prior to being told this that everything was all set on their end! Do not recommend

Poor communication with the real estate agents. And, from my understanding, with client as well. Having closing delayed and not know in a timely manner changes everyone's schedule.... seller, buyer, seller's agent, buyers' agent, attorney...it's all a domino effect that should be avoided as much as possible. But, not knowing there is even a possibility that will happen is poor business! Unacceptable!

Primary contact went on vacation. Handoff was sloppy and nee contact wasn’t advancing the process. I had to ask for a manager to get involved in order to make progress while Adam was out. Once handed off to underwriting it felt like I took 5 steps backward and was starting the application and qualification process all over again.

Communication of explanation of what to expect and to be able to feel like this person was working in my best interest. I did not feel that way and ended up paying $1,000 more at closing that what was disclosed only 48 hours prior. Was not told that we had to pay points because that was our only option until about 5-7 days before closing. Never given the option to try to explore a different avenue.
