If anyone had actually listened to me the experience would have been much improved. No one paid attention to the fact that insurance shouldn't have been listed in the escrow account even though they had been told several times. I still haven't received a copy of the remortgage yet have received this request to complete a customer satisfaction survey. Customer service doesn't seem to be your strong point .

we were out of contract any 2 weeks sellers agent never got the commitment letter until I called and told him we never got it thenwe the we were supposed to close april April 30th and didn't close until the 5th we kept hearing for 3 days we would get the CTCany minute when we got to the closing table 1:00 on Mat 5th 1:00 no closing documents until after 5pm this is the first closing in my caree that did not close on time ... the whole team Dropped the ball and played the blame game

The communication was lacking. We had to change the contract because it wasn’t read through and an important piece of information was overlooked. Which pushed closing. Also the company messes up the closing docs and we had over a 2 hour closing, while we waited for the lender to send us new documents. The transaction just was not smooth.

Communication is key!!! Initially David was on top of things but after the first loan discussion & #s any add’l questions asked of David were ignored. For 3d I left repeated voicemails & emails regarding the final #s & David did not respond to any of them. Despite David’s unprofessional lack of communication, we decided to continue with the refi. All I can say is check, check & check the #s. Words are just words if not backed by documentation. READ your loan docs thoroughly.

While the transaction did run into a few hiccups it wasn't anything extraordinary. Communication between the client, agent, lender, and closing attorney was non-existent. The attorney, client, and agent, were pulling together, but we were not met with any helpful communication. He would consistently send vague email responses that they were working on it. Even after the hiccup was sorted out we did not stick to another timeline and it took longer than expected. I worked with another officer within NAF around the same time this transaction started and it went very smoothly. Different loan package, but still had appropriate communication and we closed on time. Underwhelmed and disappointed would be my thoughts on this transaction.
