the whole process took ages, shay was helpful but the underwriter tonyelle kept requesting crazy amounts of data over and over again when 1/3 of which was necessary to qualify me for my refinance. I became irritated after 4 months. Wouldn't use again.

I worked with three different loan agents. A lack of consistent communication was the biggest difficulty. Also, very poor online web portal. There was no consistency on the website with regard to numbers and loan progress. Bottom line, not my best experience.

Kalee was great. There were several issues after initially signing that caused me to rate lower. 1 - the process took way too long, almost 3 months to close 2 - extra documents were required at the last minute to close, and these were difficult ones to obtain, thankfully I had contacts who could get them for me 3 - there was very little communication throughout the process, the file was given to someone else to complete, emails came from one account but signed with a different name, etc.
