The underwriting was very frustrating, we were provided a list of preconditions, completed them only to adked for additional item totally unrelated to original preconditions even though nothing had changed from the start of process. Also told that several uploaded documents could not be read, however the broket and processor and others had no problem viewing them

Elexia was a pleasure to work with. I know the volume of people buying and refinancing was unprecedented, it took 4 months to close on a simple refi, which cost me about $100 a month for the next 30 years, I never did get an answer on the cause of the delay other than volume. I feel like my original rate should have been honored since the delay was due to no fault of my own. Again Elexia was a pleasure to work with and that is the only reason the score wasn’t all 1’s.

It was fine. The loan officer spoke with me twice (the first time and then maybe 4-5 weeks later) and the second time he seemed a bit confused- he didn’t know that the appraisal has been ordered and received already, and had seemed not happy about it. I never spoke with him after. It worked out fine in the end but I spoke more with the loan coordinator who was very nice (Abraham Arredondo) and prepared for his calls to me, which I appreciated.

Drew and his crew made the process simple and easy. I would have liked a little bit more communication on how the loan was processing towards the end but I did get a quick response ever time I inquired about the status of the loan. I am a happy customer!

Communication at the start was good. Later on it was hard to get in touch via phone. There was an issue an hour before closing which caused me to wire more funds due to an overlooked discrepancy. Was told i would be reimbursed for the wire fee however have not received to date.

The documents prepared for signing were not correct. Many miscommunications...have to sign docs 3 times to complete. It took too long to close.
