Consistent and more reliable conversation. Every plan we had was built around our financial responsibilities at closing. The amount at closing changed multiple times. In many cases, we found out about the increased amounts at closing based on our calls, not notification from Nancy and staff. Communication and communication accuracy should be better. Outside of that, they do seem to be nice people.

What would've made this better is if there was collaboration between the lender and agent and that the buyer should've be aware of the costs of the transaction.

I believe Kevin needs more education on Texas real estate contracts. I'm not sure what else caused the lack of communication, but hopefully with more training he can do better. Overall was nice demeanor.
