When communicating with Gene it was ok. We were way past our closing date and all went south. No communication after our original closing date. Stuff that should of been done way early in the transaction were being figured out or asked for were done after our original closing date. This made clients and seller very upset. We even had title company calling and didn't get any communication. We went two weeks past our closing date and had no explanatio. very frustrating for all parties.

Communication was very bad. No regular updates were received . We had to postpone the closing 3 times and till the closing date the numbers were not sent to the title company and the processor was asking for missing signature. Really it was a hoorrible experience.

Better communication, I shouldn't have had to feel stressed about wanting information.. My loan payoffs weren't calculated correctly because the closing was not done anywhere close to what the payoff requests were for.. I was given answers to my questions that were never correct.. Samantha is who I started with and she was awesome..
