Anna was fine. The difficulty was with the processor, Gloria, and lack of communication. There were 2 times where she requested documents that I then provided to the portal. Gloria took 1 full day each time to come back and request them again as there was a bug in the portal and she could not access my documents. Either fix the portal to make sure all parties have the same information and access or communicate any hiccups as soon as they occur.

I understand it's a team. But, I was receiving different information from different team members. I was confused on some information given to me as well as a very important question needed at closing. Fortunately, I finally received one important answer I needed a couple hours before my closing from Belinda which was the best out if the entire experience.
