A higher degree of professionalism, transparency and communication would have made it a better experience.

The lack of communication and the amount of errors delayed the closing multiple times. Unfortunately, even though it was made clear that we were operating on EST, they continued to provide information that was not received until after 5pm here. The direct client had to make too many plan changes.

We did a construction loan that will later turn into a conventional loan. Although this is a more involved process we were told that the company had experience with this type of loan process. Every step of the way we got confusing or conflicting information which made it difficult for us to feel confident or informed in the process. This process; including loan estimates and closing disclosures should be revised. Documentation needs to be broken up more clearly for the client to see what rates etc apply to construction loan (12 month) and what they are agreeing to for the conventional portion at the end of the 12 month build period. Clients should be consulted on final numbers prior to being sent packets that must be signed which show incorrect and confusing information. Even when they are estimates, this can be frustrating and confusing to clients trying to understand what they are agreeing to. The coordination within our loan officers group was poor, we ended up working with many different contacts, sometimes only one loan representative would be included, and they would lose emails/documents that we had provided even after they had responded to us as received. Toward the end of the process there was multiple times that I had to be the one reaching out asking if things were still moving and what the next steps were. After weeks of back and forth, we were asked to provide additional information that had been discussed earlier in the process and should not have waited until the final hour to be finalized. Delays like this in communication caused our signing date to be extended, an additional credit check to be ran, and construction to be delayed. Delays like this are sometimes unavoidable however it felt that if the process had been more organized we might have been able to avoid such a rush at the end of the loan process.

This transaction was the worst one i have had all year and this covers over 60 individual home sales i have closed thus far. Not all of the issues were in Kaitlyns control Meghann Gardner and a couple others involved in the process were actually worse than kaitlyn but i will Absolutely NEVER recommend a client work with your company again I cant believe you actually sent me a survey to complete !

Cesar never responds to calls, no communication with myself or clients. I think he dropped the ball all the way around on them and we are very disappointed. I would never recommend him to anyone.

Had to hold their hands throughout the entire proces. Pretty sad when the buyers have to make the phone calls to get information and move the process forward . The entire team needs major remediation training, especially on since of urgency and getting things done to meet dead lines. Extremely frustrating when the team is so laxidative us as buyers are having to set and push the process forward three days before closing so we can meet our close date. If it was not for my brother and I hounding the team to get things done we would have never been close to hitting our close date. At the end of the day pretty sad people can't do their job with a sense of urgency to get things done for their client.
