Documents were incorrect at notary signing, no communication prior, wasted a lot of everyone's time. Similar to the last experience with closing from New American.

Everything went okay, no major issues. Biggest issue was the number of different people that contacted us via email or phone asking for information. Understand it’s a team of people working but we didn’t feel totally protected in that we didn’t know who was calling or emailing. Would love a more streamline system of contact so we know we’re talking to the right people.

Chris was good and helpful at what he did. But it seemed like things didn’t move along very quickly even though I thought we gave him everything he asked for in a timely manner. They had to extend our interest rate lock date and our closing date even though we thought we had everything back in plenty of time. They charged us $200 more to do that. I don’t know if it was Chris, your company, the title company or who didn’t move very quickly. For the most part, though, Chris was good and helpful.
