I did not enjoy my first time home buying with this company and i would not recomend them to any one because it felt like they waited till the very last minute to tell me to fix things or pay things off when i had asked a few weeks prior to closing if there was anything i needed to take care of before closing . It was a very stressful time and when i had a question and needed to talk to Brian but he was not returning any of my calls or emailing me back, I would call Chris and he gave me an attitude like I was bothering him cause i called looking for brian. So again my first time buying a house was not a fun experience it was more of a stressful time. In my opion to make things better for your company tell your employees to answer there phones or return calls in a timly fashion and just dont respond by email, also if the person buying a house is in the east coast DO NOT give them a lender that is on the west coast and in a whole different time zone because that was the number 1 problem I had with this company.

Making sure the client was ready to an offer with proof of funds before having to make an offer. Be more proactivie rather then having be told what to do.

Lost communication with Clint Stoble. Once Chad Davis took over, everything was quick and easy.

As a first-time homebuyer, I needed clear explanations, not vague responses like “it’s customary” or “everyone signs this.” I’m very logic-based in how I make decisions, and I repeatedly felt rushed and pressured to sign documents without enough time to review or understand them. Instead of helping me feel confident, Blanca made me feel like my questions were inconvenient. I left the experience feeling unsupported and uninformed.

Michelle failed to get me the final amount to wire until after end of business the day before closing. When she did, it was a few thousand dollars higher than previously projected. Michelle’s lateness forced me to wait to send the wire until the morning of expected closing, which resulted in me being unable to take control of the property until the next day, which came at great inconvenience and expense for my household.

More communication. Her team really dropped the ball and had the wrong closing date and when we tried to fix that , her team dropped the ball again and never sent the papers needed to close which delayed closing twice by a week When we were trying to solve these issues, her and her team stopped answering emails and text messages and I had to get in touch with her manager above her in order to get anything finished

The loan process is an intrusive joke on the people taking out the loan. Throughout the process it felt very much like Jason and Brian Lacasa were not talking to each. They would both ask for the same thing instead of sharing information with each other. At one point a document was asked for without contingencies, making it very clear that they did not look at the document sent in the first place. Jason and Brian were pleasant to deal with in the sense that they were not rude . The process of getting a loan through NAF is where the biggest joke lies
