If an associate of yours, regardless of their position tells the customer that they are going to call them back, then that is exactly what they should do. I shouldn't have to contact 3 Or 4 other people in your organization because I can't get of my supposed loan officer.

I understand our situation was different being that we were brought over with an employee transfer. We have worked with Troy for almost a year, he was very thorough when communicating, requesting documents and responding. Unfortunately, other than Jeanne, this was not the case at NAFINC. I understand my loan being difficult. However, this is your business, "I" am how you generate an income. There are not enough key strokes allowed to explain but I would appreciate the opportunity.

Had very little contact with company. When I did, we were already in crisis mode and original loan officer had left the company without communication to me or my client.

Listing agent and I would leave voicemails for Hugh to call us back and there were no returned calls. The buyers and I each requested the appraisal NOT be ordered. The buyers were unsure if they wanted this home and we were still negotiating the repairs and didn't want to spend their money. The appraisal was ordered anyway and in one email it stated if we had questions to contact his manager Armando? The loan did close on time and Jose Espinoza was AWESOME and had great communication at the end!

Communication was not great. updates were only from Realtor inquiry. Last minute document requests caused stress for both seller and buyer. Tiffany, the processor did take the time to call me with an update 12 hours prior to closing. That was very appreciated and I know that Tiffany worked hard and before and after normal business hours to meet the closing deadline. Thank you Tiffany.
