Tiffanie was very helpful until about 3 days before we closed and i was being asked for more info on transactions that happened in January (i sent the bank statement on feb 1st. They were asking about it on March 3rd) almost delayed my closing.

Not sure what happened towards the end of the closing. We almost had to delay closing because the closing costs had 3 different numbers. Otherwise, the first 2 months were smooth.

The pre-approval process with Steve himself was fast, excellent and very informative. However, the loan approval process once we found our house was very slow with the rest of his team. We also had to email very sensitive information many times via email as a secured portal to submit documents was not communicated right away. The day of closing, the home insurance listed on the closing documents was not the one we chose.

Rick Alger did a wonderful job! Highly recommend Rick! He always answered his phone and if he didn’t he got back to me right away! I can not say the same for My processor Jourdan Sheppard. I called her over a dozen times and never got a answer or return call! She only emailed if she needed something! Wouldn’t bother replying to my questions! She ruined the home buying process for me and my family and put a lot of stress on me left wondering if she received the emails I sent her!
