While I appreciate all the work they did to get the deal done. It was tough to get a response at times. As a1st time home buyer, I didn’t know the process and was uncertain about some things. At the end of the day they got it done! They worked around my road blocks for getting a home loan so, I would still refer them to anyone. Thanks!

I liked dealing with Alayna but my overall experience with New American was only so-so. After the process left her hands I found that the communication dropped off dramatically. We signed the papers to close over 2 weeks ago and I have inquired a couple of times about the status of the loan. No response. I have to assume that my old loan with Wells Fargo has not been paid off yet, incurring a late fee from them. I don't know how that late fee will be handled nor when the pay-off will happen

The beginning was great. It would have been nice to be told that we would now be assisted by someone else. They were good and eventually excellent at responding, but for a few days we felt completely unheard.
