At several points during the process I felt as if I was one continually reaching out for status of loan information and providing repeated financial details. This was the toughest mortgage application process I have ever experienced but glad to see it was completed but not without repeated assertive communication on my end.

Communication between lender and other parties could have been better. There were times I had to give information that was already given to the lender, but not communicated. Julie was great and always replied to any question I had. I do think the time difference between where I live and the lender did play some part in some issues too. (did not get needed details until 2 hours before closing) very stressful! Again, not Julie's fault. She was awesome and really worked hard!

Delaram, when you got involved, it was helpful. Overall, we have had a rough time with the last 3 transactions. We constantly had to ask where the files were at in the pipeline. I feel that if we had not asked, they would not have gotten to the title company on time.
