She took over for someone else half way through the process of our refinance. We were not notified of the change. She called us to start the refinance process when we were already in the process of refinancing. The confusion is very unsettling when dealing with something this big.

It took 6 months for my refi to go through. I was told that I wouldn't have to pay an appraisal fee and it could be rolled into my closing costs, so the $400 fee was a massive surprise. Your company approached me to refi, but I was treated like I was from outside the company, requesting items that you should have already had on file. My loan was also lost in August, so had to start all over again. I was doing this to save money during the pandemic!!!!!!!

Although Matt help me obtain an important document required for closing, I felt there was a lack of communication on several occasions. As well as he was unavailable during my closing and I was left to read and sign all documents.

All involved dropped the ball on keeping me updated on the progress. After close to six months I had to email the President of the company to light a fire under all involved to finally get refinance closed. Six months was way to long for the process.

Our initial loan officer was very responsive and helpful. I was disappointed when he was unexpectedly gone for the foreseeable future and we were assigned a new person. Both our initial officer and his manager were very helpful.
