Team Dumas represented Ms. Cerinne Wingate, who is a transplant from New Jersey to Atlanta. She had to fly to Atlanta twice, get a hotel both times for a closing, because there was a mistake made on the lender's(NAFC) end of the deal. Team Dumas offered no concession for their client's inconvenience. I emailed Belinda and ask if she could at least send her a gift card, to no avail...

The loan process started out great with clear communication and timely responses. However, once we submitted all the paperwork the communication completely stopped and it took almost 4 months for us to complete the process and close on the loan. My husband attempted to contact people to speed the process along and was met with either no response or poor excuses for why it was taking so long.

This was my first home buying experience and it was very chaotic. I transferred from another lender to join Pam with NAF because I heard she was efficient and precise, but I did not get any of this from my experience. I felt that I was not communicated with at all and I always had to reach out to get information or find out what else was needed in my process. A lot of things were pushed to the last minute which could have been handled earlier in the process.
