Jesse was great until the very end when we didn’t close on time and everything was pawned off on the worst processor I’ve ever encountered. The processor Dez was rude to say the very least. She blamed my client foe her incompetence which I have in text messages and emails and when we would call Jesse to see why we were delayed closing by 3 days he would only say that’s not my thing it’s the processors. No follow up for the client nothing! I will not be referring New American To another client.

We are an active duty military family. It is clear that Mr. Seago and his staff were not familiar with any of the military familiarities for active duty families. They were unfamiliar with the frequency of moves due to military orders, base housing for previous residences, a leave and earnings statement, the nature of joint military bases, the list goes on and on. We had to provide so many ridiculous items simply because they were unfamiliar. It was a bit of a hassle.

Initially, the experience was good, talking with Bobby. Once the application went to underwriting, the experience was horrible. The underwriter kept asking for written explanations of ridiculous questions that they could have answered by taking 5 minutes and Google. Closing was a fiasco. After three separate missed closing dates, we finally closed on the last possible day.
