Overall communication wasn't timely, most updates would need to be initiated on my end. The loan process had several missteps and re-dos that dragged the process on. There was confusion on the need for a new deed to be produced, scheduling signings when all documents weren't ready, and we needed to sign the closing documents twice.

Communication was quite poor.should have explicit about the kind of documentation required. Seem to be getting unending lists. Never introduced to who I may be receiving requests for documents. From. No assurance goven all the private information is being securely protected. Have built three homes and secured mortgages in the past 50 years. NAVER been for this volume od documents. Much improvement required.

1 phone call when we ran into a problem at closing. Even after complaining that no one had call me, I still didn't receive a phone call and didn't get an opportunity to get my questions answered.

Nothing i was told was correct. The whole process was a mess. I was almost homeless because of false information. I would never use this company again or recommend it to any one.

Loan process took 6 months. Docs were incorrect multiple times. Signed a total of 4 times. Communication was lacking on all fronts. I was really disappointed in the entire process.

I didn’t appreciate that Cindy tried to switch my client to work with another real estate agent. Communication also wasn’t super great throughout the transaction. I do not feel comfortable ever referring a client to this lender.

There was a lack of communication at times especially when the time was sensitive. There was a preferable interest rate that should have been applied but was never mentioned again. Being a first-time home purchaser we were not familiarized with the process. We lost the opportunity to save on the interest rates. The communication between the representatives and the underwriters was not sufficiently straightforward.

Yes, well I believe that things would have been better if they would of kept their promises and had given us our keys on time.
