The closing was late and we never really knew the told all closing cost we had to pay till a few hours before closing. We never really knew what was going on. Also we opted out of a owners policy for the title a few weeks prior to closing and that wasn’t told to the title agency so now we can’t get the money back for that. This experience over all was extremely stressful and we almost walked on buying the house.

New American Funding is the problem. Jorge is a good LO. Your internal processes are terrible. Your delays are unnecessary. I have been involved in two transactions with you guys and both have been delayed by at least 7 days. I’d be happy to go through both transactions if anyone has the fortitude to make the call.

I was asked to resend the same documents multiple times. We were asked to get a form notarized and to FedEx the form. We did, only for a notary to come into our home and ask us to resign THE SAME EXACT paperwork. We are extremely busy, I asked on multiple occasions for a list of documents that are required. Each time I requested I was told “this is it” only to be bombarded with more paperwork requirements on a Friday at 2pm. The departments do a horrible job at communicating with one another
