There was poor communication, we did not know if we were closing until two days before the close fur to mistakes made by your company. We were then told the wrong closing cost and had to write a personal check for the difference.

More honesty and knowing that we needed money at closing prior to sitting down at the closing table. We were not told the total truth many times while working with him.

Excellent communication was promised and sub par communication was received. I spoke with Elizabeth about this and she was surprised there was not more/better communication about the buyer's progress through the lending portion of the sale.

American title was a mess. Appointments missed, paperwork not done, lender not reading emails correctly . The entire signing event was a disaster, loan did not fund when it was suppose to due to not reading emails, appointments not kept ! For a group that is based on accuracy they were far from that. Title company blamed lender , ect. Didn’t really care they needed to work together and get it done .

She made us feel like "trailer trash". She said things that made us cry and feel like giving up. Some of the documents requested were not necessary and unacceptable. When asked why needed we were told "provide it or don't get the loan". It was a horrible experience and we never want to see or speak to Delaram Norman again.

If it wasn't for us looking at the fine print when it came to numbers we would have left money on the table and I feel like New America should have seen that and helped us with that.

There were too many people involved on the transaction. A lot of things were being mis-communicated to both myself and my agent. Things just got frustrating after awhile with communication. Not really having one(1) main point of contact until the end of the transaction. My agent described Justin different from what I got. I continued with Justin because my Agent Jeff spoke very highly of him and I trust Jeff. I was just very disappointed with the overall confusion of the whole transaction.
