Only bad thing I would say, there seemed to be redundant signing of the same paperwork. We’ve purchased 4 other homes prior to this one and we seemed to sign different version of the same documents. Outside of that, everyone was friendly and responsive.

My experience with NAF/my lending team was mostly positive. NAF offered very competitive rates and worked to keep my business which I appreciated. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication between the builder & my lending team which caused delays with closing. I understand that the closing process is complex, so I wasn’t expecting a 100% smooth closing. I just wish there was more communication in the weeks before closing to resolve some of the last minute issues.
