I was shopping for the best quote/offer so I emailed Omni-Fund regarding the quote they had online (Zillow.com) for the loan I was asking for. Chad who is Mark's assistant responded to my email. Since, I have never refinance before, I had a lot of questions regarding the process and the costs. I requested for an unofficial GFE (Good Faith Estimate) from Chad and he instantly told me that he couldn't until I fill out their Application. I told Chad that I was uncomfortable giving it out my husband's SSN. He replied that they are BBB Accredited Business and they would never do anything harmful to my husband's Credit/SSN. Since, I was desperate for an estimate from this company, I went ahead and filled out their application. Chad responded for more documentations trying to get me pre-approved. I told him that I just wanted an estimate/quote of how much the whole process was going to cost me if I chose the company to do my FHA Streamline Refinance. He responded with, how good do you think your Credit Score is? If Chad had only asked me that to begin with to give me an estimated cost/quote, I would have saved myself and him from all the hassle. Since then, I haven't heard anything from Chad.

Dont even know where to start!!! Pre-approval letter on a loan I could not get, WTH!?I was then told I could afford a house just not as expensive. Isnt that what a pre-approval is supposed to do?Starting the home buying purchase all over?I'm just too tired right now! Lost $902 and about 4 months of my life!My opinion none the less.Super Disappointed Buyer

Im with this company right now I would recomend Robert Page he would do any thing for you but when it comes to some of the underwriters it seems to me that they take for ever specially Amber Montalvo she doesnt answer your phone calls and waits till the last minute to tell you whst you need to do.
