Communication between others at this company was not very well and last minute. Not everyone at the company appeared to be on the same page. Once it left Brittany's hand, things went downhill. We were made to feel like we were a nuisance and we were bothering others when trying to stay on top of our house.

They seemed to have too many things going at once and didn't remember who I was once when I called in. there were a few fumbles along the way with processes that could have been avoided.
