Waiting to discuss what documents was needed, sending documents and getting calls they dont have, very poor communication. Jose. Was a joke to work with schedule closing time and date without even having all documents from underwriter. Would never call back realtor or title company had both sellers and us take off work to close and not have documents to do it and had reschedule and yet wanna blame everyone but himself. Very bad experience with both parties realtor would love to speak to supervis

Communication lacked greatly at the end of the transaction. Ended up having to delay closing day if because we could not get a response back. Title company complained of the same issue.

At a critical juncture of the process I had to spend a ridiculous amount of time obtaining an elevation certificate for flood insurance that he said I needed, but afterwards did not even factor or incorporate the flood coverage obtained in. When I called to clarify he was dismissive of the issue. The technology and transparency of the new American funding service also pales in comparison to Quicken, but was stuck using a local lender bc of my real estate agent.

Better communication and being able to actually talk to someone on the phone instead of email communication or not even getting a return call. Would have been nice to talk to someone every step of the way and answer questions we had and or give us a heads up and explain what was being sent via email for signing or documentation request.

If we were told our options from the beginning such as shopping for the best rate and that if we found a better rate that it would be matched. Upfront PMI explained to us in the beginning. Closing cost made known to us before 30 days of closing and explained in detail
