Heather did a good job but once she referred it to the underwriter it became extremely difficult process with unreasonable request and poor communication from Margie Bautista. Although I left several request for return phone calls I never received any calls from her. Unfortunately because of her lack of communication I could not in good conscience recommended your company my friends and fellow Veterans.

The down payment estament changed by 2,600. I understand these are just estaments but it seemed like a wide gap.

Bridgette was not my primary loan officer so a lot of information and communication were duplicated, and there was some confusion over with loan was being addressed (we had three going at one time), this created some frustrations.
