Scott Answered questions to the best of his ability. He was always easy to reach and easy to communicate with. However, repeated delays to the closing date due to the lender's appraiser are then a mistake on their part—lack of communication, especially towards the end with the loan processor, Brooke. No compensations were made for their mistakes and delays. The job did get done, but the process was unpleasant and not a memorable experience.

There was lack of communication between buyer and lender. Misunderstanding about closing costs and down payment. Lender needs to explain in detail the difference .
