When we called Rochelle for information, she was super responsive and helpful - we could have just used a little more proactive communication (phone calls) in addition to emails. There were several places we were under-informed about process (e.g., mortgage/interest vs. total monthly payment, how to wire money, what is involved in closing), one of which cost us the inspection $$ for a first house we tried to buy when we needed to get out of the deal, and the other of which delayed our closing.
