The most uncoordinated closing I have ever witnessed. The teams are constantly missing stuff. Communication was not flowing properly. Everything was just a big whole mess. The team had little or no knowledge of the process. Just a mess! I don’t know what else to say.;But a messy closing! I mean Randy was nice on the phone but the whole process was uncoordinated.

Communication. I expect a high level of communication from my lending partners and unfortunately this experience did not meet my standards. For that reason I would not be likely to repeat business.

Communication and not being lied to! I constantly had to reach out as there was very little communication with my realtor. I was also lied to multiple times on the status of my loan and then the blame was put on everyone else despite extremely prompt communication on the part of myself, my realtor, the seller's realtor, and the title company. Closing was delayed from 9-29 to 10-1 due to NAF's lack of urgency and it would not have closed on 10-1 had I not been constantly checking in. I had an issue getting in touch with Heith and Robert, and my realtor had the same issue. I do not appreciate having to do the legwork that NAF's employees should have been doing and feel like I was charged for work I did as there was very poor communication from NAF. I've also asked for NAF's Corporate Customer Service to reach out to me regarding this poor service over 3 weeks ago and still have not heard back! Absolute worst experience ever!

Streamline the mortgage process so there is less miscommunication between staff which in turn delays the process and gets put upon the applicant's.
