My issues are not with Arnold. Arnold was fantastic and helpful. My issues are with Allyson Ulate, who also assisted on the loan. She repeatedly requested documents I and my realtor had already sent, she was unaware of the closing date (even though it was on the contract) causing us to miss our closing by two days. When we inquired multiple times about why we did not yet have the clear to close, she blamed the underwriters even though it should have been done already.

Arnold was very easy to work with. The transaction ran smoothly and the mortgage commitment was received quickly. I wish all my transactions were like this.

The experience was definitely memorable, but just not the greatest. Nothing against Jesse personally, but the process was longer than expected. Communication could be better though.

Kathy is very sweet and professional I just didn't like the overall experience with NAF considering our loan was not made a priority and it messed up closing.
