Poor communication between loan consultant, lender and title company delayed closing by more than a week. It was communicated multiple times that we would be moving to Texas from California and arriving on the 8th. We did not close until after the 9th which made this a very "Unpleasant" experience.

Sandra Rosales without a doubt is amazing. No matter how many times or how many questions I had she was quick to respond. What I appreciate the most is she fully understands that her clients are not familiar with the process and was always willing to explain or clarify questions. Respectfully, there were several instances when I called, text, or emailed Ms. Murray with no answer or response which made it a bit stressful at times. She does come across curt or made me feel that I should have known answers to my questions. My intent was to provide her everything she needed. I also understand that I am not the only client they are working with. I was more than happy to wait my turn but to go without any response was a bit disappointing. I have been in the service industry for a long time and know that we are never too busy for our customers. Again, I do not know how Sandra Rosales does it but she is was a huge Blessing to us. Sandra you are much appreciated!

We mostly worked with Ignacio Yogues out of the Colorado office and purchasing a house through New American Funding this time around was not a pleasant experience. We were tracking our funding every step of the way and locked in an interest rate a little late in my opinion. The appraiser no-call no-showed and caused a delayed closing. Our loan officer took awhile to help us find an attorney in the state of VT. Generally unimpressive, we were disappointed as second-time home buyers.

I feel like every transaction with New American through ReHome Connect ends up having issues come up that are stressful for the buyer at the last week or so. I understand underwriting compliance but also think there is alot going on with your company with inexperienced people . I'm sorry. There has just been quite a bit of problems with almost every transaction I have had.
