We did not get to communicate with Marcell as was expressed. He took a leave of absence and we were left to continue with a couple individuals. It was Shawn-Brown Jones who got us through the entire process. And if it weren't for her efforts we would probably not have closed at all. Thank goodness for her time and energy to see this through.

I fell for the mandatory mortgage scam. It blows my mind that it is legal to screw people with the front loaded interest on mortgages and car loans but here I am. Lack of choices.

Forethought and expedience from our lending broker by not waiting until last minute to communicate necessary requirements and pushing us out past our lock-in timeline for interest rate. Log-in issues for review and sign-off requirements presented challenges through-out the entire process. Ultimately, not a smooth process and Joy and I aren't both included in all communications regarding our finacial commitment/investment.
