Haddad did not listen to me and did the complete opposite of what I wanted. It was not until Brian Kimball took a look that I began to receive what was needed to complete the task; although Kimball somewhat backtracks on some of his statements.

Ruth was the better one with communication between her and John. Ruth told us that we should of been expecting to hear from our loan processor, a week went by and we still hadn’t heard from him. Finally John Ray introduced himself and after many emails and phone calls I finally got a hold of him, he sent me a big list of things to complete, which I did within the day. I didn’t hear back from him for a couple of days. I had sent emails and left messages asking for an update. My fiancé then decided he would call, which John answered his phone call immediately. He then sent Brandon a list of things we needed to accomplish (would of been nice to get that all done ahead of time). Which we also accomplished that day. Then radio silence again. Finally when it was 3 days until close and we still hadn’t heard anything we asked to speak to a supervisor (we never got to speak to one) and my fiancé sent an email explaining how frustrated and upset we were. After THAT John finally called us back, and everything was accomplished the next day. It’s just sad that it had to get to that point for things to get done and us to get a response. My fiancé and I are not ones who leave reviews or complain. But this made our first time home buying so much more complicated and stressful. Ruth and John both told me that our loan process was one of the smoothest they’ve ever had, and that’s very sad because this was pure chaos. I’m not sure if that was said to make us feel better or what. My realtor could hardly get a response, and we had to ask for our appraisal to be sent over. My realtor never got a copy until we sent one to him. Overall I will not recommend anyone to go here. We were treated as a transaction.

A process of honest and complete awareness of what was actually needed. We had to provide documents multiple times and in the end the documents were not sufficient per the underwriter and the closing went 36 hours after the expected scheduled time. Due to lateness of wired funds we had to wait and additional 72 hours to gain access to our property. The closing was prescheduled to Thursday morning February 23 which allowed for any possible glitches. The actual closing finally closed on Friday late afternoon starting at 408PM causing funds wired not flowing before Monday morning. Spoke with a local Branch Manager in Fort Myers, Dan Barnard who is very aware of our dissatisfaction with our delayed closing and difficulties.

Both my agent and I were very frustrated working with Eric as we feel he wasn’t the most transparent. He didn’t communicate the need for certain documents in a timely fashion causing a delay in closing escrow. He also provided me false information.

I've never had an experience where a Realtor and Lender share a mutual client and the Lender is basically trying to sell the Realtor down the river. Very disconcerting. Mandy repeatedly confronted me, in writing and copying our mutual client in these correspondences. I called, left voicemails trying to resolve this very unprofessional course of conduct she was taking. My calls were never returned. I've been in this business 15 years and never experienced a lender try to undermine a transaction.
