Seemed like it was a very unorganized operation , the lender was named Pierina. We had to help her out a lot more than I thought was normal for a service that we were being charged for. Any update we wanted we had to call. Different day different story , no clear explanation just a lot of possible this and maybe that but somehow we got the loan so be prepared.

Jorge is a great person with, a nice attitude and is committed to helping you, I believe that Jorge has good energy "sometimes" and I know that despite everything he did the best he could to get what we always wanted our home.

Jorge is a great person with, a nice attitude and is committed to helping you out BUT, there is a lack of communication in order to give you time to prepare moneywise, our case from the beginning was difficult and from my point of view he did not know how to handle a case like ours, from the parts of the contract, among other things, it was a very stressful case that not anyone could have taken care of, however, I believe that Jorge has good energy "sometimes" and I know that despite everything he did the best he could to get what we always wanted our home.

Communication was confusing and inaccurate. I asked about closing costs and was told a number way under what actually was true. My experience felt predatory. I regret it.

The biggest downfall was flying to Las Vegas to sign our closing documents when the closing documents weren’t ready to sign. We agreed upon a date to sign closing documents and they were unprepared. Signing the closing documents in Las Vegas would alleviate the costs of ordering a notary but the time and money spent to get there and wait around until the documents were ready was not worth it. Also, we chose to go with New American Funding because of the float down option they offered but it didn’t workout in our favor.

We had several rep reaching out asking for the same docs. Then we would be asked for the same docs over and over again. Emails began to get sent separately to my spouse and I requesting the same information. This loan process has by far been the worse in all my 7x purchasing a home. Will not recommend or every use this company again.

They changed people on me two or three times they closed one file and reopened another file they couldn't transfer my paper over paperwork over because they couldn't find it have no idea where my information is it could be out and somebody's hands that I don't know took way too long I started the process in January and it took until May to get it done very very frustrated with the whole situation
