Service started out very good, starting to get to the end of the things just went downhill. Other people that you are assigned to work with don't talk to and share information needed. At settlement this company ask for extra money after we were told one price less than 24 hours before settlement. All the stress could have been avoided if all the different people worked together.

We wanted to view a property but the realtor required that we were preapproved prior to looking at the property. They gave our information to this company and they called numerous times and emailed as well. If we didn’t contact you back we were never interested. When I spoke with Stephanie she flat out said don’t contact a realtor if you not preapproved, you can’t even look at a property. First of all I did not reach out to the realtor they contacted me when I inquired about the property on Zillow. All of this because we were interested in the home next to our grandparents home. Based on the online reviews this company is shaky.

We tried for weeks to get an answer from Jay about a financing contingency that my broker required. It wasn't until I took action and just did it myself. I almost did not get paid on this transaction. It was extremely frustrating for us because of the agent and lender's lack of communication with us.

Should have been able to offer more accurate info throughout this process. I believe we were delayed when we did not have to be.

Customer service received a detailed e-mail with backup to support my claims and the many ways my file was dropped. I was charged TWO extensions that were at the fault of the processor involved because she failed to do anything with my file. JT was not compassionate or understanding and did not attempt to help at all. I could not even get him to answer the phone after my appraisal was completed. This was by far, the worst experience I have ever had with purchasing/refinancing a home mortgage.

My experience would have been much better, had I gotten the amount of cash out from the loan, that I’d requested. JT and I agreed that I’d get $2500 out from the refinance. I ended up getting a refund of $697.11. I’m probably luck that I even got that much, because I believe that was just a refund from an over payment. I’m please with my lower interest rate, and monthly payment, but very disappointed that JT knows the error was made, and hasn’t even offered an apology or explanation.

Closing was pushed to almost 2-3 weeks when was confidently told we can do early closing. I understand things pop up. But transparency could have helped instead of giving dates that kept changing and frustrated everyone in this process. Stephen and his team was good otherwise , except for the closing .. I don’t know what happens backend. But this experience was really bad for the money we spent.

Communication is key in a real estate sale/purchase. I really feel the communication could have been better here. We completed the transaction but it could have been so much smoother if everyone was on the same page.
