Loan Officer was very knowledgeable about the entire process. However, the appraisal process had far too many issues which made it extremely suspicious on whether the team working with my from New American Funding wanted me to close at all.

Randy was fantastic. He answered all our questions and his response time was impeccable!! I would highly recommend him to anyone. However, the UW he was working with continuously dropped the ball. We were constantly following up and she misplaced most of the requested items she sent on her list causing us to resend several times and caused a huge delay in our closing.

This is probably not on Marissa, but on Summer Lee. She was very disorganized and uncommunicative. The loan got approved literally at the last minute. Had me stressed the whole way.

We rarely were able to reach her by telephone when we needed her. I realize she is a busy person, but she did wonders with the loan and all was ready on time when everything seemed to be falling apart, She worked magic in the end, and came thru for us.

We had to rush around a day before we closed on a house to get even more paperwork in order. Also, after finding a house we were really excited about, we had to wait days for a response about putting in a cash offer and lost the house.

I requested MABY TIMES THAT ALL EMAILS,ETC. BE SENT TO ME. Never complied. Had to search my wife's SPAM folder to find emails that should have been sent to me. Do not understand why this was not done. Even this survey went to my wife instead of me. I think you are carrying this metoo nonsense to far. My credit cards have yet to be paid off. Payments were made on the 10th but yet fewer than half of them have been credited. Making payments to keep current. Have not heard from one vendor so who knows where the money went. Probably not Rick's fault but I am left to clean up the mess. I am waiting for new statements so I can see where I stand. At ;least my mortgage is paid off or so they said. I could go on but why bother. I should not have to do this before I die so who cares in the long run.
