Noah was a great loan officer for our clients! I understand that things happen but my clients had a closing at 10am and did not get funding sent until almost 4pm that evening which caused delays in the moving process for my clients. I felt like there could have overall been better communication. Overall it was a good experience.

Service was fine. Communication could be improved. For example, many of the documents and emails we received (including this survey) were only sent to one party instead of both of the joint tenants.

Robert was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Anytime I had a question he was there to answer it. He also went above and beyond to make sure we were taking care of. He would check on us every two or three days to make sure we're ok with the stress of not knowing one step to another because this was our first time buying.

The amount of info requested was a bit much and there was some questions not responded to. The turnaround time was a bit slow.

The team was very responsive, however, the communication was mixed and Kenneth told me were approved, a few days later the processor told us we did not qualify and the process had ended, then a few days later Kenneth said we were in fact approved and the process was completed.
