Our check from the cash out refi loan was supposed to be funded and received by us on 07/15/2022, we were notified on Saturday 07/16/2022 that the overnight envelope from FedEx has been delayed until 07/18/2022. Not happy as we had to call for a tracking number and run this down ourselves.

Felt like communication was lacking for documentation required until the last few days before close. Put lots of undue stress on myself and my family during a relatively stressful time. I felt that this had less to do with AJ and Tara but more to do and the underwriting level. Certainly some fault in both sides here. Otherwise working with AJ was good. Unfortunately the rest of the process felt like it didn’t get much attention until several days before the scheduled close date.

Not necessarily with Kevin, but with other individuals working on my loan: communication with the company was sometimes difficult, and there didn't seem to be any sense of urgency.

My loan officer was quite good, the only “bad thing” that I can think of is that when my appraisal came back, I didn’t hear from him until several days later to go over it. The problems I had were more so with the loan processing and being placed with a realtor through your affiliation. The liaison between NAF and the realtors was unreachable, she rarely replied to phone calls or texts. I wound up finding my own realtor independently of this service. In the loan processing, I was transferred to 3 different loan processors, which made things difficult with coordinating and communicating.
