Have everything in order to process any paperwork, not switch me to lulu, beckyann, philipena. I still am waiting for my money so I can pay some of my bills. Right now , I am much more in late paymemts because , some of my bills have added interest. If you are going to pay bills for me or any one else, have everything ready so they don't have to keep docusigning (We need this and we need that and this is the last thing we need. Gary was allright for a minute but other's were not )

Extremely poor communication with Sandy. We were given inaccurate information from her, at times she was non-responsive for up to two weeks, and it was Sandy's fault we almost did not close on time. I was shocked when Alan said she is "one of the best". It makes me question everyone else who works at this company. Alan was better, but the overall experience was extremely difficult to work through. Alan was twenty minutes late to a meeting once. Needless to say, I am glad this process is over and I no longer have to work with Sandy ever again. She completely ruined the home buying experience for me.

The closing took a long time with many delays however we eventually closed. However communication could have been better and more accurate information could've been provided. Overall I think it was fine however they quoted closing costs and cash to close on the low end instead of quoting the possible higher costs followed by coming down to the actual numbers. It was easy to contact the company however the organization of documents, files, and overall accuracy of relayed information could be better. If i wasn't on better terms with the seller she would've backed out due to the long wait to close coupled with inaccurate closing date estimations and extensions. But hey I'm a homeower now.

When asking for $100,000 loan. Give $100,000 not a loan for less than you owe creditors causing problems coming up with the rest to pay off credit cards. Maybe making checks at closing true to what we owed. Giving us more than $2000 max to help with the cost of a new roof and closing some credit cards out. What is done is done and just happy to get the loan. Just did'nt plan on 3 months causing most of my late fees. Not your problem, I get it. Good thing is my credit score will be awesome soon. Thanks again

Lack of communication with underwriting requirements and closing delays.

This place is TERRIBLE! Jim Steel sabotaged my home purchase. He stated that I did not qualify for the loan (despite prequalifying me weeks prior for a higher price) but refused to state why. Also it took three weeks after the closing date for him to notify me that I was not qualified. During that three weeks the deal was kept in limbo with everyone (realtors, title companies, ect) desperately trying to communicate with him to no avail. After switching mortgage companies Jim Steel of Marketplace Home Mortgage further ruined the purchase by refusing to either release the loan information to the new lender nor reimburse me personally for the money I paid to him for a job he refused to do. I've experienced better customer service from Comcast for crying out loud!

Quick turnaround but don’t get fooled with rates given at pre approval. Agreed rates swayed by closing time but we had to close quick n they didn’t negotiate on the int rate at all . Client service wasnt that great either. Too many lil things needed follow-ups . Any ask once we were locked in was treated in the strangest manner as if a favor was being done to us.
