I sent a lot of documents multiple times. Then there was confusion about the online portal with signatures and I also ended up docusigning the documents that were in the portal. Then I signed the SAME documents at the closing with the lawyer. My previous home buying experience was much more smooth.

Sarah was great and a wonderful advocate for us, but we did not like a last-minute request for documents that delayed our closing date and caused us a lot of extra money and effort. We should have received better information earlier in the process and the team should have been more communicative. Without Sarah's hard work, this could have been a complete disaster.

John was great the issue was with the Heloc company. It took 3 month to get through the process to get funds. Had to pay for appraisal and that cost me over $1000 dollars out of my pocket. Appraisal added an extra month and a half. Overall a bad experience due to the Heloc company
