It took an exceptionally long time to get everything together. I feel like the amount of time es our loan went into underwriting was excessive. It took almost 3 months for the whole process. Previously we've used the same company and it took about a month. I'm very disappointed with that. Lyndsey was very helpful, though.

The experience would have been more memorable had we been able to communicate more by phone with loan staff. Our VM and calls were virtually ignored during the process. Most communication was via email.
