I only listed my experience as OK because the originally assigned loan office was let go in the middle of my transaction. I only had limited interaction with Caroline and that limited time was fine and I have no complaints.

Timely response and follow up was great in the beginning. Once the loan package was approved it was like pulling teeth to get him to respond.

After being told how easy the process and experience would be it was an extremely long and arduous journey with many points I almost walked away. Not Travis’ fault that I am aware of and admittedly a somewhat difficult case with my remodeling. That being said I was not particularly happy with the final outcome additional hoops that needed jumped through and the extra points needed. It wasn’t the most pleasant easiest process hyped in the sales presentation.

My reason for an OK rating is that Arlene did a very good job at responding to my questions and at times concerns about the loan processing process, but Cardinal’s overall process employed using the Octane website is very frustrating and at times misleading. This is when Arlene stepped in to ease my concerns, kudos to her. So, if this rating were about Arlene as an individual I’d rate her Very Good. But, Cardinal’s loan processing process is very confusing thus causing the OK rating. If not for the excellent support provided by the Client Advocate team I would have halted the process. I could go on and on about the whys but this survey is about Arlene not Cardinal’s loan process which I found defective.
