Good loan officer and processor, but the underwriter and title company were out of control with their demands, in my opinion. Therefore, I wouldn’t recommend New American Funding.

Communication with him and Stephanie was horrible. It was virtually impossible to get him or her on the phone. The attorney reached out multiple timr to obtain vital information regarding appraisal report and status of CTC and Communication was minimal at best. My Buyer's experience was horrible as well. He kept apologizing for their lack of professionalism.

This was the most frustrating transaction I've ever had with New American Funding. The communication was awful, and I had to remind his team multiple times to stop contacting the Listing Agent. They did not communicate needs for documentation from my Buyer until the last minute and even then, got the numbers wrong so that the were delayed in closing by 3 days. Unacceptable.

Im with this company right now I would recomend Robert Page he would do any thing for you but when it comes to some of the underwriters it seems to me that they take for ever specially Amber Montalvo she doesnt answer your phone calls and waits till the last minute to tell you whst you need to do.

Better communication from our lender. We felt very in the dark for a lot of the process and as first time homebuyers we asked for more communication. Our preferred use of communication was not used as often as we would have liked.

I worked with Stefan Bellucci what started off a great experience turned into a nightmare the communication was terrible and keep stringing us along mentally drained Chad Davis was very snappy not happy at all we pull out of the deal.

My rep left the company in the middle of my refinance, I was not communicated very well with, was not comfortable with my outcome, the amount I had to pay out of my savings account was disappointing, numbers were not clear to me. I should have cancelled and waiting to refi.
