Kyle was always very polite, reassuring, and patient in answering my questions; however, we had quite a bit of stress with the loan processor (not Kyle). It was very difficult to reach her and things always felt as if they were happening at the last possible minute. Our real estate agent said he received false information about the status of our loan which eroded trust toward the end of our experience.

The whole process took 50% longer than it was supposed to, there were delays at every corner, and the notary was weird. Most of this is beyond NAF control, so it is what it is.

Zekee was great but my Dealings with Kim swanigan were difficult, communication was terrible, and redundant we had to resend the same forms as many as 4 to 5 times and our whole deal was put at risk due to speed of closing.
