The loan process was smooth and fast. There was very little communication. Although we were pleased with the early clear to close and closing date. We were fortunate that the Seller and Title Agency were able to accommodate the short notice and the Buyer was able to get cash-to-close ready for closing. The results turned out great but the communication should have been better.

My processor Kourtney didn’t seem to have it together and her reply to most of my questions were “ I really don’t know”, but the big concern was day of closing/recording Kourtney sent an email not a phone call of needing proof of bank account balance before recording? What happened to calling bank for verification and why day of recording this comes up? If I hadn’t noticed the email I wouldn’t of k own of issue and would if missed recording.

The time from original contact to signing was extremely long , poor communication with others working on the refi. I constantly called for updates. It was not what I expected having worked with your company before and had a much better experience .

Overall we were happy with the end result however as first time homebuyers the process was new to us and we felt like communication could have clearer and more proactive. Once we got Russ or someone from his team on the phone they were very helpful but I wish expectations had been set better up front. I don't think it was an intentional oversight, I think perhaps they assumed we understood more than we did. It would not prevent me from working with him again in the future.
