Communication could've been better. Jake took off two weeks in the middle of our transaction and my client and I weren't told and it wasn't handed off to someone else to cover in his absence that we were aware of. Some issues were because of my client but our closing took place 3 weeks later than it should have and I feel that this was the key factor.
