He was very pleasant to speak with, but had a lot of errors in documents. He needs to pay attention to detail and not have clients fill out the same paper work over and over again, due to spelling errors or dollar amount errors. Otherwise, he was very nice and got the job done in our timeline. If you need a fast close, he can get it done.

Brandon made mistakes and omissions, possibly because of mitigating circumstances, that forced our closing date to be rescheduled; thus, we were forced to reschedule the movers, etc. In the future we recommend better communication, and complete and concise instructions.

We just didnt mesh together. I'm sure he does great with other clients. His assistant Roxanne was wonderful and I would of given her 5 stars. I didnt hear from him once on this deal. Good Luck

I am sure Danielle is a lovely person, however, her communication skills can use some additional training. Picking up the phone instead of texting and emailing every communication would probably have made a difference in our experience. We had to reach out to Lorraine Rodriguez Several times during this transaction to get clarification on where we were in the process and what was needed to move forward. I was disappointed. Thus is the forth loan we have referred to NAF. No More.

The underwriters for you company were extremely unprofessional especially at closing . Mr Becerra was a nice person but the people who handled my closing should not be working for your company. They treated my realtor and everyone in that room say of closing likr thst couldnt trust anyone in the room.they changed there figures day of closing which was higher than agreed on. Then made me run to the bank to get a money order for a lousy 100 and something dollars and then made me snap shot that 100

Have one contact person, not 3 or 4. Having multiple contacts to get documents and information to that contradicted one another on multiple occasions was stressful and confusing as first time home buyers. Better communication on what steps were being taken and all progress made would have made us feel more informed and confident throughout the loan process.
