Communication wasn’t what I have received from Lance in the past. I don’t know if it was because of him or his processor. It was a complicated transaction and I felt like I needed to be kept in the loop. My biggest complaint was me finding out about the complications through my client instead of Lance. There were times that the listing agent knew things before I did and they made me look incompetent in front of my peers as well as my clients. I don’t know who’s responsible for the updates but I did not receive updates as I felt were necessary. Many mortgage companies have an automated system that at the very least lets all parties involved up to date on the status of the loan. Communication was never initiated by the lender or the lenders team in was always myself are the buyer reaching out for updates. This is. Or the level of service I have received from Lance in the past.
