Robert was always very kind, friendly, and give the attention and need I had. Just a couple of missed communications between the information necessary to close the deal and the conversation with the Loan Assistant that was not clear and confusing at the time. I know it was complicated because of 2 loan approvals, but we had a possible week delay because of the miscommunication with the about the homeowners insurance.

I really liked working with Matt, he was helpful and explained things very well, and was patient with me during this exciting time! I didn't like working with Jon, I found that to be frustrating and I didn't like how he answered my questions. I felt he was giving inaccurate answers and then when called out, he seemed to be frustrated. That did not make me want to trust him.
