Chris was always available to answer questions. The most difficult part was understanding what loan types were available and were the right fit. It felt like I had to make a decision much quicker than I was ready to.

Confusion around a Chicago employment while living in NJ seemed more than needed. Multiple confirmation of employment and confirmation by employer of employee living arrangements seemed a bit much. Also, once the loan was closed, the debts that would be paid to Amex and Capital one were believed to be paid directly to the card companies, but rather the checks were sent to us and we had to forward to the card company. The payments would have been late had we not contacted the card company and informed them the check came to us. This was poorly handled and communicated.

If the under righter would have not approved us so low and I believe I could have gotten a VA loan aswell .I think there is more profit you with a fha and mortgage insurances is also an issue.
