While I know buying a house in general is stressful, and problems come up (let alone during a pandemic when lenders are being more stringent), I was quite frustrated as information I provided was continually overlooked and there were some major problems that occurred due to the lending team dropping the ball. In the end I was able to deal with it all and still close on time.

I should not have had to send the same, non property specific documents two and even three times. There is either poor communication or my documents were lost.

My items kept getting lost or something. Because I would send papers to one person then another then another and then another. I feel like the Papers were not being uploaded to one file with my name on it so that all the people working on my account could have access. I was getting multiple people sending me emails at different times telling they needed check Stubs or something else I would send it then days later a different person would ask me for the same thing. very frustrating!

Though Wesley was readily accessible, communication was ineffective. Any inquiries about future/anticipated milestones or timelines of the loan process were categorically ignored. In other words, being blown off by the processor when requesting basic information, then unsuccessfully asking for clarification from the sales manager was frustrating and counter productive towards providing a positive experience for buyer and buyer's agent.

There was a big lack of communication when I was trying to confirm my return to work. I realize the current circumstances made things difficult however, not getting back to me is one thing, being rude to me is another. Katie was very unpleasant to deal with and I would prefer working with someone else in the future.
