Errors regarding PA home sale taxes caused a 5k difference in expected closing costs/down payment vs what we actually paid. However, the team was attentive and replied quickly when we had questions.

the loan process was great, but I felt like communication could have been better. examples: I was told if the appriasal came back higher then expected we could talk about pulling about more money, never happened even though my appraisal was 30K+ higher then expected. I said I wanted 10K cash at closing, I was left with 7800, a shortage of 2200 dollars. My old homeowners policy was paid and not the one that was suppose to start after closing and paid by escrow. These lack of communication issues could have been avoided if I was afforded a little more time instead of rushed and treated like another number. that's my only problem with the process. the rest went great .

I felt like we had to jump through a lot of hoops and had to keep getting different documentation to satisfy the underwriter. Things that we felt really shouldn't have been needed. Our personal opinion. I think if we had stayed local the process would have been a lot smoother but we were trying to find the lowest rate. Our rep Jodi did a good job.
