I waited 4 hours,. can i emphasis that, FOUR HOURS in the closing attorneys office waiting for this to close. Your company does not respect my time at all. The buyer was absolutely abused through this process as well. She was told she needed additional documentation that was already in the file. This made this close 3 days late (requiring an addendum and approval of the sellers) as well as 4 hours waiting for the funds. I am not happy nor am I recommending your company to anyone.

Thank you for making my first home buying experience an absolute nightmare. I do not put Louis at fault for any of this, but rather New American Funding as a whole. So many things went wrong during the entire process. My downpayment was increased less than 24 hours before closing. Everything was done last minute and I was excepted to comply. We missed our closing date and NAF will not uphold their on time closing guarantee when it was all entirely their fault.

Failure in keeping us informed on what was going on with the loan was one of our frustrations. A simple phone call weekly to ley Is kmow what esa going on would have been nice. Also the changing the terms of the loan fees twice was unethical and unprofessional. Michelle did make it right in the end but was not informative on the loan updates and changes to the closing times

Pre approval was very fast. Communication during the rest of the process was sporadic often resulting in needing to complete tasks on a deadline. Appraisal took much too long resulting in delay to close. Wrong amount of money we were told to bring to close delayed closing further. Overall just an OK experience.

She acted like I had to bow to her. She even called me a liar. Then with 30 days extension she still waited till two days before and even the day of signing for paperwork and gave me multiple different amount quotes. I was at table closing and price changed by $694.00. After money was already wired. All other employees were good to deal with. And you need to tell her to stop saying”it is what it is” and “I don’t know what you want me to do”. I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone.
