Engagement level low. Auto generated emails with little personal interaction. Hang up with the insurance that didn’t get resolved until I got involved. Missed email instructions on part of escrow. Perhaps due to low purchase price, not sure. Third property purchase in last 3 years and this is the least memorable. Not particularly unpleasant but nothing to write home about.

I've already called in and voiced my displeasure and reasons to your company. Nobody bothered to respond which is sad seeing the I am a return customer but I can assure you, this is the last mortgage I do with NAF!

Scott himself is pleasant to work with, but the team overall was not good at communicating. Progress on my loan often seemed contingent on me sending multiple unanswered emails asking for status updates and for this reason the process took several months longer than anticipated.

I think the process at the was not the best. Compared to other companies. Asking for information that at the end was not needed. I am not sure if I am recommend this company for future buyers. It was extremely stressful for my buyer.
