With Matt, Everything was done va Internet, there was no personal communication. With Armine, the communication was lacking and lagging and at times inaccurate. When changing the date for the closing, it was done 4 times when promising each time would be the last. Although the closing was done by the time we arrived from CA to OK but just barely. We arrived at 4PM and the paperwork was just sent over that morning. Less stress and accuracy-Don’t Look Here!

The process took 2 months. At the beginning, it moved very quickly and I felt rushed to submit documents. Then everything went quiet for several weeks. After a month, I emailed Marcus but got no reply. I started to worry that I might have been the victim of a scam and had just given all my financial documentation to a fraudster. After I called the office and finally got to speak with Marcus, I finally got an update on the status. A few weeks later, the process completed.

Communication was lacking. Many of the questions I asked during the process still remain unanswered. I felt I had to repeatedly inquire on the status because there were little updates. - My employer was asked multiple times (five) to verify employment. More than any other employee that has had to be verified. - Multiple accounts were given with documentation and then asked for again without checking to see if the paperwork existed. - No explanation into policies regarding documentation, or other solutions for documentation of third party gifts - Missed funding timeline twice incurring us per diem charges - Asked for proof of deposit over one year old - Poor transparency on rat
