Diana and her team worked very hard everyday to help my family and I achieve this home. My situation was tricky and required much more proactivity than a regular case. I was in nursing school and my job offer was contingent I passed the state boards to get the job and qualify for the house. A lot of different people had their hands on this case which made it confusing, Diana worked very endlessly and even offered me a place to stay if I needed one, she is not and never was my problem. The problem I had was associated more with the time frame and underwriters from FHA who were sticklers based upon certain aspects of my job. I had to complete 72 hours which is full time for a registered nurse for my first 2 weeks of a nurse. This delayed closing and cost me more money out of pocket to pay for moving expenses and hotels. This is not a reflection of Diana and her team but at the end of the day, this is something that can be learned to better benefit someone else in the future. This process was very stressful and hectic on both parts. New American funding also had me at a 7% interest rate when if I had locked 2 weeks earlier, I would have been at a 5% interest rate, again not a fault of Diana, but its a numbers and waiting game on the market, which had I locked I would have had a savings and a better outcome. Nevertheless, this team worked very hard to accomplish the goal of the loan for this house. thank you Diana and team.

Kyle was amazing but there was a major misunderstanding that cost me. But i would like tonspeak with someone that has the authority to make the right changes that i will need asap again i am.military my life is very unique and different from most so i need my profile here to be read carefully if we are to do business again. I am still waiting for a call from soemone. Lets see if i am ignored or taken seriously.

Overall the communication, professionalism, and customer service I received from Jessica Stephen, Senior Loan Processor, was terrible. Jessica never answered her phone, didn’t keep me updated on the status of my loan, and wasn’t concerned about the timely processing of my loan since I was forced to follow up every day, multiple times a day. Greg Crownover was excellent, but I would not recommend NAF if Jessica Stephen continues as a loan processor.

Better communication and timely communication to help with decisions so that paperwork is not delivered at last minute. Communication was conflicting and caused unneeded stress for all parties involved.
