Communication could’ve been better specially since I was a first time home buyer. Questions were answered every time I called and the service was great! But the communication was not all there. I spoke with Mr. Glick about the concerns of the interest rate and he did a very great job of giving me the information but when said he would follow up before putting the interest rate on a paper I had to sign he would call me and he didn’t. Personally I thought that was a big deal since I would assume not a lot of people read what they’re signing and this is a big step for many people. Other than that every interaction with Mr. Glick was amazing.
