I am a first time home buyer. I understand that this team is very busy but I feel like I deserved more communication. There were very stressful times I had to endure alone. Things kept changing, documents had to keep being resent. I’m so glad they fought to get this done, but the process wasn’t good.

Something that could be improved is the efficiency and timeliness of communication between the loan team members and the clients. Timely communication could be improved because it really would’ve helped with getting any documents on time. Also, what would’ve helped was acquiring a list of compilation of documents needed at once if possible to try to limit clients having to shuffle back and forth to gather documents. Lastly, what could be improved is reaching out to clients about needed items instead of waiting for them to reach out to find out if you all have everything. Other than that, everything else went well.

Difficult communication East coast time to West coast time. seems they got to my file after 4-7 PM East, which lost a day of response time. Suggest attending to East coast files, so that the connection is made.
