We were scheduled to close this refinance loan four times before it actually happened. Each time required my wife and I were given a day and required to be available. First three times the closing got pushed and there was no communication that the day was moving. That's disrespectful and a huge waste of my time which is extremely valuable.

I reached out to Noah on several occasions. Once via phone and a few times via email with questions near the end. Either he is out of the office on an extended vacation and didn’t have an OO Message up. Or possibly since my loan was already near the end, I was no longer a priority. I’m going to guess the latter.

I started 2 loans in july, they closed in feb . scheduled for close on 2-16 but it wasn't funded until the 24th and 25th of February at the end of the day it was completed they were both nice to talk with and answered questions quickly but I felt I needed to remind for things to happen

Time I responded to all requested info needed. Someone just wasn't doing their job on a timely manor.I submitted several documents 2 or 3 times because underwriting had requested.

I was initially excited to work with Pam on the purchase of my first home. However, Pam’s lack of communication and follow-through was frustrating. I did not receive my final cost breakdown until my closing meeting. My expected closing date was moved several times including in one instance 30 min before closing meeting because Pam did not have her end of things handled. I lost money in storage and hotel fees. Finally Pam was EXTREMELY rude to me. Would not recommend her.
