After a good amount of time. I started to get a number calls and emails to verify Information ,already sent to you. Then the third party credit agency wanted to verify, the mortgage companies. This demands a conferance call ,which consumes about an hour. You still did not have a closing date. I believe this could have been more professionally. No need to update this info until a week before closing. Then After all the redundant checks, you still managed to get every payoff amount WRONG.

Communication!!! I sent numerous emails asking if he had everything he needed from me, asking about the process and time frame and they all were ignored. After I signed documents to close I received an email that showed the steps in the process and where we were. Before that I had no idea. There was an appraiser hired but no one told me to expect communication from them. Some company was hired to check information but again I ignored their calls because it seemed like a scam call.

People were all pleasant, but there were so many that I dealt with. I am sure Sam is alright but I had very little to do with him. The loan process took 60 days when most others we know refinancing were completely through the process in 30 days. My experience was not bad, just took way longer than I thought and all the different people calling was confusing.

Michael did a good job, but there wasn’t a survey for the other employees involved in my loan process. I didn’t meet the underwriter, but he/she needs to find another job. In the initial loan app, I printed out two years of tax records and I had employment stubs to show my income in addition to my pension payments. I was told they weren’t necessary. Four weeks into the loan, I was told I had to pay off minor credit card debt. Communication btw employees there is awful.

Appears to me like fraud. They took 1234.00 out of my escrow without explanation. It didn't go to pay taxes, insurance, or homeowners. Apparently there is an internal document that explains it. I would think if they are taking money out of my escrow they would at least send me a letter to tell me why? I'm contacting Florida's Division of Consumer Finance.
